1. 本ポリシーの適用範囲

本プライバシーポリシーは、PixApps（以下「運営者」）が運営するウェブサイト pixapps.ai およびその配下のページ（PixMeal、PixTale、PixWork、JuryPress、Build Notes、Marketplace 等の紹介ページを含む）に適用されます。

各モバイルアプリ製品には、それぞれ個別のプライバシーポリシーが定められています。アプリの利用に関しては、PixMeal、PixTale、PixWork の各ポリシーをご確認ください。

2. 収集する情報

本サイトは、会員登録を必要とせず、氏名・住所・電話番号などの個人情報を運営者が直接収集することはありません。ただし、サイトの改善および広告効果の測定のため、以下の third-party サービスを通じて情報を取得しています。

• アクセス解析（Google アナリティクス 4 / Firebase Analytics）: Cookie 等を用いて、閲覧されたページ、滞在時間、参照元、おおよその地域、ブラウザ・デバイスの種類といった利用状況を収集します。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
• 広告配信（Google 広告）: 広告のコンバージョン測定およびリマーケティングのため、Cookie 等を利用します。
• 広告配信（Google AdSense）: JuryPress の記事ページにおいて、第三者配信の広告を表示します。配信事業者が Cookie を用いてユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示する場合があります。
• Meta ピクセル（PixMeal のページのみ）: PixMeal 関連ページに限り Meta 社の計測タグを設置していますが、ページ下部の同意バナーで「同意する」を選択した場合にのみ作動します。
• コメント機能（JuryPress）: JuryPress のレビュー記事では giscus（GitHub Discussions）を利用しています。コメントを投稿する場合は GitHub アカウントが必要で、その際は GitHub 社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
• ブラウザのローカルストレージ: 表示言語の設定および Cookie 同意の選択状態を、お使いのブラウザ内にのみ保存します。運営者のサーバーへは送信されません。
• ホスティング（Cloudflare）: 本サイトは Cloudflare 上で配信されており、セキュリティおよび可用性の確保のためアクセスログが記録されます。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、次の目的にのみ利用します。

• コンテンツおよびサービスの改善、不具合の把握と修正
• どのページがどの程度読まれているかの把握
• 広告の配信および効果測定

4. 第三者への提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を上記のサービス提供者以外の第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。

5. Cookie の無効化とオプトアウト

Cookie の利用は、以下の方法で拒否・無効化できます。

• お使いのブラウザの設定から Cookie を無効化する（サイトの一部機能が正しく動作しなくなる場合があります）
• Google アナリティクスについては、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを利用する
• パーソナライズド広告については、Google 広告設定から変更する
• PixMeal のページについては、同意バナーで「同意しない」を選択する

6. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて予告なく改定されることがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the website pixapps.ai and the pages under it, operated by PixApps (the "Operator"), including the pages for PixMeal, PixTale, PixWork, JuryPress, Build Notes and Marketplace.

Each mobile app product has its own separate privacy policy. For app usage, please refer to the policies for PixMeal, PixTale, and PixWork.

2. Information We Collect

This site requires no account registration, and the Operator does not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or phone number. However, to improve the site and measure advertising performance, information is collected through the following third-party services.

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4 / Firebase Analytics): Uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, referral source, approximate region, and browser/device type. This data does not identify you personally.
• Advertising (Google Ads): Uses cookies for conversion measurement and remarketing.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): Third-party ads are displayed on JuryPress review pages. Ad providers may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests.
• Meta Pixel (PixMeal pages only): A Meta measurement tag is present on PixMeal pages, but it activates only if you select "Accept" in the consent banner shown at the bottom of the page.
• Comments (JuryPress): JuryPress review articles use giscus (GitHub Discussions). Posting a comment requires a GitHub account, in which case GitHub's privacy policy applies.
• Browser local storage: Your display language preference and cookie consent choice are stored only in your browser. They are not transmitted to the Operator's servers.
• Hosting (Cloudflare): This site is served via Cloudflare, which records access logs for security and availability purposes.

3. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes.

• Improving content and services, and identifying and fixing defects
• Understanding which pages are read and how often
• Delivering advertising and measuring its effectiveness

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Operator does not sell or provide collected information to any third party other than the service providers listed above.

5. Disabling Cookies and Opting Out

You can refuse or disable cookies in the following ways.

• Disable cookies in your browser settings (some site features may stop working correctly)
• For Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• For personalized advertising, adjust your Google Ads settings
• On PixMeal pages, select "Decline" in the consent banner

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised without prior notice in response to changes in law or in our services. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
