概要
Simple Games（Simple Games: Offline Games、以下「本アプリ」）は、完全にオフラインで動作するように設計されています。
- アカウントは必要ありません。登録もログインもありません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、連絡先、位置情報を取得しません。
- ゲームの進行状況・設定・統計は端末内にのみ保存されます。PixApps は本アプリのためのサーバーを一切運用しておらず、クラウド同期もありません。
- 本アプリには Analytics・トラッキングコードが含まれていません。
- サブスクリプションはなく、ゲーム機能を購入する仕組みもありません。アプリ内購入は、任意の「広告削除（買い切り）」1つだけです。
- アプリを削除する（または設定の「ローカルデータをリセット」を使う）と、ゲームデータは消去されます。
- ソースコードは github.com/yosuke1024/simple-games で公開しています。ここに書いた内容はコードで確認できます。
端末内に保存されるデータ
本アプリは、次のデータを端末内にのみ保存します：現在のゲーム状態、盤面生成のシード、統計、デイリーチャレンジの進行、設定（言語・テーマ・サウンド・振動・モーション軽減）、および広告削除の購入有無のキャッシュ。これらのデータが、当方の運用する仕組みを通じて端末外へ出ることはありません。
広告（オンライン時のみ）
端末がオンラインのとき、本アプリは Google AdMob が配信する小さなバナー広告を表示することがあります。Google は広告の配信と効果測定のために、広告 ID などの端末識別子を処理する場合があります。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー および Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 をご覧ください。法令で求められる場合、本アプリはパーソナライズ広告の配信前に同意フォームを表示します。端末がオフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。広告がなくてもゲームはすべて遊べます。
iOS 版について：iOS 版はトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めません。許可を求めないため広告識別子（IDFA）を取得できず、他社のアプリやサイトをまたいであなたを追跡することもありません。App Store のプライバシー申告でも「トラッキング」は「しない」としています。インストールの計測は Apple の SKAdNetwork が行います。これは端末が署名済みの集計値を広告ネットワークへ返す仕組みで、あなたを個別に識別する情報が端末から出ることはありません。
購入について
本アプリのアプリ内購入は、バナー広告を永久に削除する任意の 1 商品のみです。サブスクリプションではなく一度だけの購入であり、ゲーム機能を解放するものではありません。ゲーム機能はすべての方に無料で提供されます。
購入処理は、本アプリを入手したストア（Android 版は Google Play、iOS 版は Apple App Store）が行います。支払い情報の取り扱いはすべてストア側で完結し、PixApps はサーバーを運用しておらず、支払い情報を受け取ることも保存することもありません。購入状態は端末内にキャッシュされ、再インストールや機種変更のあとはストアを通じて復元できます。
Analytics
本アプリには、Analytics・トラッキング・リモート設定のコードが一切含まれていません。プレイ内容が記録・送信されることはありません。これはアプリ版（Android・iOS のいずれも）についての説明です。ブラウザ版の扱いは異なりますので、後述の「ブラウザ版について」をご覧ください。
権限
本アプリが要求する権限はネットワークアクセスのみで、バナー広告、広告同意、ストアでの購入処理と復元にのみ使用します。位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真、ファイル、電話、SMS、カレンダー、通知の権限は要求しません。
ブラウザ版について
pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/ では、同じゲームをインストールもアカウントもなしにブラウザで遊べます。アプリ版と異なる点は次のとおりです。
広告：ブラウザ版の広告は AdMob ではなく 忍者AdMax（運営：忍者ツールズ株式会社）が配信します。広告の表示と効果測定のために、同社および同社の広告パートナーがブラウザに Cookie を保存し、端末の情報を処理する場合があります。詳細は 忍者ツールズ株式会社のプライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。PixApps がこれらのデータを受け取ることはありません。現在のブラウザ版は Google AdSense の広告コードを読み込みません（2026年8月23日にこの構成へ変更しました。ゲーム以外の pixapps.ai のページでは引き続き AdSense を使用しています）。将来ブラウザ版で AdSense の配信を再開する場合は、本ページを更新したうえで行います。広告は画面下部に固定されるバー、ゲーム一覧の 1 枠、および一部のリザルト画面に出る 1 枠だけで、プレイ中のゲームを止める広告はありません。オフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。広告がなくてもゲームはすべて遊べます。
データの保存場所：ゲームの進行・統計・設定は、インストールされたアプリではなく、ブラウザの pixapps.ai 向けローカルストレージに保存されます。設定の「ローカルデータを削除」で消去できるほか、ブラウザで pixapps.ai のサイトデータを削除しても消えます。ブラウザ版とアプリ版のあいだ、および端末間での同期はありません。
Analytics：ブラウザ版は今後、pixapps.ai の一部として、サイト共通の Google Analytics（GA4）の対象になる予定です。現時点では計測コードを一切読み込んでおらず、有効化していません。有効化した際は、記録するのはページの閲覧とどのゲームを開いたかといった利用状況の集計だけにする方針で、盤面・保存データ・統計・プレイ内容を送信することはありません。法令で求められる地域では、広告と同じ同意メッセージで扱う予定です。アプリ版には Analytics・トラッキングコードが一切含まれておらず、この違いはブラウザ版だけのものです。（2026年8月3日、ゲームのページを将来的にサイトの Analytics の対象に含める方針へ変更しました。計測の開始そのものはこの時点ではまだ行っていません。有効化した際は本ページを改めて更新します。）
ダウンロードについて：アプリ版と違い、ブラウザ版は初回アクセス時にファイルのダウンロードが必要です。これは一般的な Web ページと同様に、配信元サーバーへブラウザが接続することを意味します。読み込み後のプレイはブラウザ内で完結します。
購入について：ブラウザ版は何も販売しません。広告削除の買い切り購入はアプリ版（Android・iOS）にのみ存在します。
お子様について
アプリ版・ブラウザ版のいずれも、お子様を含むいかなる方についても、個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
本ポリシーの変更
アプリの変更にあわせて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。最新の改定日は上部の「最終更新日」に記載しています。
Summary
Simple Games (Simple Games: Offline Games) is designed to work fully offline.
- We do not require an account. There is no sign-up or login.
- We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location.
- Your game progress, settings, and statistics are stored only on your device. PixApps operates no servers, and there is no cloud sync.
- The app contains no analytics or tracking code.
- There are no subscriptions and no purchases of game features. The only in-app purchase is an optional, one-time ad-removal purchase.
- Deleting the app (or using "Reset Local Data" in Settings) removes your game data.
- The source code is public at github.com/yosuke1024/simple-games, so you can verify these statements.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following data locally on your device only: current game state, seeds, statistics, daily challenge progress, settings (language, theme, sound, vibration, reduced motion), and a cached record of whether the ad-removal purchase was made. This data never leaves your device through any system we operate.
Advertising (online only)
When your device is online, the app may show a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where required by law, the app shows a consent form before serving personalized ads. When your device is offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made. The game is fully playable without ads.
On iOS. The iOS app never asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). Because it does not ask, it cannot obtain the advertising identifier (IDFA), and it does not follow you across other companies’ apps or websites; the App Store privacy declaration says "No" to tracking accordingly. Install measurement is handled by Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which returns signed, aggregated values from your device to the ad network — nothing that singles you out leaves your device.
Purchases
The app offers a single optional in-app purchase that permanently removes banner ads. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not unlock any game features — all game features are free for everyone.
Purchases are processed by the store the app came from — Google Play on Android, the Apple App Store on iOS. Payment details are handled entirely by the store; PixApps operates no servers and never receives or stores your payment data. The purchase state is cached on your device and can be restored through the store after reinstalling or switching devices.
Analytics
The app contains no analytics, tracking, or remote configuration code. No gameplay events are recorded or transmitted. This describes the app on both Android and iOS; the browser version is handled differently — see "The browser version" below.
Permissions
The app requests network access only, used exclusively for banner ads, ad consent, and store purchase processing and restoration. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, phone, SMS, calendar, or notification permissions.
The browser version
At pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/ the same games run in your browser with no install and no account. What differs from the app:
Advertising. Ads are served by Ninja AdMax — a Japanese ad network operated by Ninja Tools (忍者ツールズ株式会社) — not by AdMob. That network and its advertising partners may store cookies in your browser and process device data to show and measure ads, as described in the Ninja Tools privacy policy. PixApps receives none of this data. The browser version currently loads no Google AdSense code at all (changed to this setup on 2026-08-23; pages on pixapps.ai outside the game still use AdSense). If the browser version ever serves AdSense again, this page will be updated first. The ads are an anchored bar at the bottom of the screen, one unit on the game list, and one that appears on some result screens — no ad interrupts a game in progress. When your device is offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made. The game is fully playable without ads.
Where your data is kept. Game progress, statistics, and settings are stored in your browser's local storage for pixapps.ai, not in an installed app. "Reset Local Data" in Settings removes them, and so does clearing site data for pixapps.ai in your browser. There is no sync between the browser version and the app, or between devices.
Analytics. As part of pixapps.ai, the browser version will in the future be covered by the site-wide Google Analytics (GA4). As of this writing, no analytics code is loaded and nothing is enabled yet. Once enabled, the plan is for it to record usage in aggregate only — page views, and which game was opened — and your boards, saved games, statistics, and how you played will never be transmitted. Where the law requires it, it will be covered by the same consent message as ads. The app contains no analytics or tracking code at all; this difference belongs to the browser version alone. (On 2026-08-03, we changed our policy to plan for including the game page in site analytics in the future. Collection itself has not started as of this revision — we will update this page again when it is enabled.)
Downloading. Unlike the app, the browser version has to download its files on a first visit, which — like any web page — means your browser contacts the server hosting them. After that, playing happens in your browser.
Purchases. The browser version sells nothing; the one-time ad-removal purchase exists only in the app, on Android and on iOS.
Children
Neither version knowingly collects personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
