プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリ「PixMeal」（以下「本アプリ」）およびその関連ウェブサイトの開発者（以下「運営者」）が、ユーザーの情報をどのように取り扱うかについて説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報とその利用目的
本アプリは、「アカウント不要」で「端末を中心としたデータ管理」を採用しています。通常のアプリ利用において、氏名やメールアドレスなど、ユーザーを直接識別する情報の入力は求めません。また、氏名、メールアドレス、食事写真、入力した料理名を、アナリティクスや広告効果測定のイベントパラメータとして意図的に送信しません。ただし、分析・広告サービス提供者が、デバイス識別子、IPアドレス、概算地域、利用情報等を処理する場合があります。
ただし、以下の機能を利用する場合に、データが外部サービスへ送信されます。
- AI食事分析機能: ユーザーが自発的にカメラで撮影、またはアップロードした食事画像、および入力された料理名等の情報は、AI解析システム（運営者が管理するAIプロキシサーバー経由でGoogle Gemini API等）に送信されます。運営者側でこれらの画像をAIの学習目的に永続保存することはありません。なお、AI提供元（Google）のデータ処理方針については、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
- 料理名の訂正データ: ユーザーがAIの推定結果を修正した料理名は、地域ごとの誤認識傾向として運営者のサーバーに蓄積され、今後のAI分析の改善に反映されます。この訂正データには氏名やメールアドレスなどの直接識別情報を意図的に含めず、ユーザーアカウントとも紐付けません。
- 広告（リワード広告を含む）: 本アプリでは、無料での追加利用枠等を提供するため、第三者の広告配信サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しています。広告配信サービスは、パーソナライズド広告のためにデバイス識別子等の情報を収集することがあります。EEA（欧州経済領域）および英国等のユーザーは、アプリの設定画面（Privacy Settings）からいつでもパーソナライズド広告の同意内容を変更または撤回することができます。詳細は各広告サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- アナリティクスおよび広告効果測定: アプリの品質向上、不具合修正、および広告効果測定のため、Google Firebase AnalyticsおよびMeta（Facebook）の計測ツールを利用し、利用画面や機能の使用状況に関する情報を取得する場合があります。送信されるデータには氏名やメールアドレスなどの直接識別情報は意図的に含めません。
- ウェブサイト上のアクセス解析および広告効果測定: 関連ウェブサイトでは、ページの利用状況および広告効果を測定するため、Meta Pixelを利用しています。このサービス提供者は、Cookie、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、閲覧情報等を処理する場合があります。取得した情報は、ウェブサイトの改善および広告効果測定のために利用されます。
2. データの保存と保持期間
食事記録・設定データなどの主要なユーザーデータは、ユーザーのデバイス内のローカルデータベースを中心に保存されます。ただし、AI分析のために送信されたデータや訂正データについては、運営者のサーバーで処理・蓄積される場合があります。
データの保持期間:
- 食事記録・設定データ: ユーザーがアプリを使用している間、デバイス内に保持されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのローカルデータは自動的に削除されます。
- AI送信データ（食事画像・料理情報）: AI解析のためにサーバーへ一時的に送信されますが、解析完了後は速やかに削除され、運営者側で永続的に保存されることはありません。
- 訂正データ: ユーザーが修正した料理名は、地域ごとの分析改善のために運営者のサーバーに蓄積されます。この訂正データには、氏名やメールアドレスなどの直接識別情報は意図的に含めず、ユーザーアカウントとも紐付けません。
- 広告関連データ: 第三者広告サービス（Google AdMob）によって管理されます。詳細はGoogleのデータ保持ポリシーをご参照ください。
- アナリティクス・広告効果測定データ: Google Firebase AnalyticsおよびMeta（Facebook）の計測ツールにより収集され、各社のデータ保持ポリシーに基づいて管理されます。
3. データの削除方法
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としないため、食事記録や設定データはユーザーのデバイス内を中心に管理されています。ユーザーは、端末内に保存された食事記録や設定データを、以下の方法で削除できます。
個別データの削除:
- 食事記録の削除: アプリ内の記録一覧から、個別の食事記録をスワイプまたは削除ボタンで削除できます。
- AIの設定リセット: 設定画面からAI関連の設定をリセットできます。
すべてのデータの削除:
- アプリのアンインストール: アプリをアンインストールすることで、デバイスに保存されたすべてのデータ（食事記録、設定、AIカスタマイズデータ等）が完全に削除されます。
- デバイスの設定からのデータ消去: お使いのデバイスの「設定」→「アプリ」→「PixMeal」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」からも、アプリのすべてのデータを削除できます。
第三者サービスに送信されたデータについて:
- AI解析のために送信された画像は、解析完了後に自動的に削除されます。
- 広告サービスやアナリティクス収集データ: 広告サービスやアナリティクスが収集したデータの管理・削除については、各サービス提供元であるGoogleおよびMetaのプライバシーポリシーと設定をご確認ください。必要に応じて、デバイスの広告IDのリセットや、広告設定・同意設定の変更を行うことができます。
- 料理名の訂正データ: ユーザーが修正した料理名の訂正データは、アカウントや直接識別情報と紐付けず、地域ごとの誤認識傾向として蓄積されます。そのため、特定のユーザーに対応するデータとして個別に識別し、削除できない場合があります。
4. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、自身のデータに関して以下の権利を有します。
- アクセスの権利: アプリ内で自身のデータを閲覧できます。
- 削除の権利: 上記の方法により、いつでもデータを削除できます。
- 同意の撤回: アプリ内の広告のパーソナライズについては、アプリの設定画面からいつでも同意を撤回できます。また、本ウェブサイトのCookie同意設定を変更・リセットしたい場合は、以下のボタンをクリックしてください。

5. 第三者への提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合や、上記に明記したAI分析、広告配信、アナリティクスおよび広告効果測定のためのデータ送信を除き、ユーザーのデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
7. 変更と改定
運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内の通知等でお知らせいたします。
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of PixMeal ("the App") and its related website handles your information. In this document, "we" and "the Operator" refer to the individual developer of the App.
1. Data Collection and Usage
The App is designed with an account-free, device-centered data management approach. We do not require account registration and do not intentionally request names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information for normal use of the App.
However, certain features require data transmission to external services:
- AI Meal Analysis: Meal images you photograph or upload, along with dish name information you provide, are sent to our AI analysis system (via the Operator's AI proxy server to Google Gemini API and similar services). The Operator does not permanently store these images for AI training purposes. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.
- Dish Name Corrections: When you correct an AI-suggested dish name, the correction is accumulated on our servers as regional misidentification data to improve future AI analysis. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers in correction data, and correction data is not linked to a user account.
- Advertising (Including Reward Ads): The App uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) to offer free additional usage quotas. These services may collect device identifiers and similar data for the purpose of personalized advertising. Users in the EEA and UK can manage or revoke their consent for personalized ads at any time via the "Privacy Settings" in the App's settings menu. Please refer to each advertising provider's privacy policy for details.
- Analytics and Ad Measurement: The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Meta (Facebook) measurement tools to understand user behavior, improve app quality, optimize services, and measure advertising effectiveness. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, meal photos, or entered dish names as analytics event parameters. However, analytics and advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, and usage information according to their own policies.
- Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement: The related website uses the Meta Pixel to measure website usage and advertising performance. These providers may process cookies, IP addresses, browser and device information, and page-view data according to their respective privacy policies.
2. Data Storage and Retention
Your primary application data (meal logs, settings) is stored in the local database on your device. However, data sent for AI analysis and correction data may be processed and stored on the Operator's servers.
Data Retention Periods:
- Meal logs and settings: Retained on your device for as long as you use the App. All local data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
- AI-transmitted data (meal images and dish information): Temporarily transmitted to AI processing servers for analysis. Images are promptly deleted after processing and are not permanently stored by the Operator.
- Correction data: Dish names corrected by users are accumulated on the Operator's servers for regional analysis improvement. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or other direct identifiers in correction data, and correction data is not linked to a user account.
- Advertising data: Managed by third-party advertising services (Google AdMob). Please refer to Google's data retention policies for details.
- Analytics and ad measurement data: Collected by Google Firebase Analytics and Meta (Facebook) measurement tools and managed according to each provider's data retention policies.
3. How to Delete Your Data
Since the App does not require account registration, your meal logs and settings are managed primarily on your device. You can delete your meal records and settings data stored on your device using the following methods:
Deleting Individual Data:
- Meal records: You can delete individual meal records from the records list by swiping or using the delete button within the App.
- AI settings: You can reset AI-related settings from the Settings screen within the App.
Deleting All Data:
- Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all data stored on your device, including meal records, settings, and AI customization data.
- Clearing App data via device settings: You can also delete all App data by navigating to your device's "Settings" → "Apps" → "PixMeal" → "Storage" → "Clear Data."
Data Sent to Third-Party Services:
- Images sent for AI analysis are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
- Advertising and Analytics Data: For data collected by advertising and analytics services, please refer to the privacy policies and settings provided by Google and Meta. Where available, you may reset your device’s advertising identifier or adjust your advertising and consent preferences.
- Dish Name Corrections: Dish name corrections are stored as regional misidentification patterns without being linked to user accounts or direct identifiers. Therefore, we may not be able to identify or delete data corresponding to a specific user individually.
4. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of Access: You can view your data within the App at any time.
- Right of Deletion: You can delete your data at any time using the methods described above.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for personalized advertising in the App through its Privacy Settings. To change or reset your Cookie consent settings for this website, please click the button below:

5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information may be transmitted to service providers only as necessary for the AI analysis, advertising, analytics, and advertising measurement functions described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
