利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約は、ビジネスパーソン向けAI名刺管理・企業リサーチツール「PixWork」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービスの概要とAI・企業情報の免責事項
本アプリは、名刺のOCR読み取り、AIによる連絡先構造化、およびTavily Search APIを連携させたWeb企業リサーチ機能（以下「Deep Research」）を提供するビジネス支援ツールです。
- 本アプリが提供する企業情報、業界サマリー、ニュース等の分析結果は、AI（Google Gemini）および外部検索エンジン（Tavily）が生成した仮説的・推測的情報を含んでおり、情報の絶対的な完全性・正確性・リアルタイム性を保証するものではありません。
- 本アプリで得られた結果に基づき行われたユーザーの取引、営業判断、投資等のいかなる意思決定およびその結果について、運営者は一切の法的・道義的責任を負いません。最終的な事実確認は、公的なデータベース等を用いてユーザーご自身の責任で実行してください。
2. 料金プランと自動更新サブスクリプション
本アプリでは、以下の料金プラン（サブスクリプション）を提供しています。各プラットフォーム（App Store / Google Play）の決済機能を介して支払われます。表示価格は参考価格であり、実際の決済額は各アプリストアの為替追従やローカライズにより変動する場合があります。
- Free プラン (お試し体験): 無料。アカウント登録不要。スプレッドシート同期、QR名刺交換、名刺スキャン（生涯累計3枚まで）を含みます。自社アップセル広告のみ表示されます（外部広告なし）。
- Basic プラン (個人営業・フリーランス向け): 月額 $1.99（初回2ヶ月特別価格）、3ヶ月目以降 $2.49/月。年額プランあり（$19.99/年→通常$24.99/年）。広告非表示、名刺スキャン月200枚、Deep Research月間1回を含みます。
- Premium プラン (営業チーム・成長企業向け): 月額 $3.49（初回2ヶ月特別価格）、3ヶ月目以降 $4.49/月。年額プランあり（$34.99/年→通常$44.99/年）。Basicの全機能に加え、名刺スキャン月400枚、Deep Research月間10回、およびBYOK（APIキー設定）モードの解放（BYOKモード時：スキャン月間最大2,000枚、Deep Research月間最大20回）を含みます。
【自動更新について】
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにプラットフォーム設定画面等から解約（自動更新の停止）されない限り、同期間・同料金で自動的に更新され課金されます。
- 解約手続きを行った後も、契約済みの有効期間の終了までは有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。
3. API利用枠の規定
- プランごとに月間リサーチ（Deep Research）可能枠が設定されています。
- Premiumプランのユーザーは、BYOK（APIキー設定）モードを有効にすることで、スキャン枠およびDeep Research枠を拡大できます。
- 不正なツールを用いたAPIの大量コールや負荷テストなど、運営のシステムおよびAPIの許容範囲を超える行為を行った場合、運営者は予告なく該当アカウントの利用を一時停止または永久停止する権利を留保します。
4. Google Sheets同期における免責
チーム共有同期機能は、クライアントサイドからGoogle Drive APIを直接呼び出すことで同期を行います。この同期処理における、データのマージ競合、空白や表記揺れの自動補完、ユーザー自身のGoogleアカウント設定エラー、スプレッドシートの手動破壊、データ損失その他一切の不利益について、運営者はデータ自体を保持・検知できないため、何らの復元や補償義務を負いません。同期設定およびスプレッドシートのバックアップはユーザー自身の責任において管理するものとします。
5. 知的財産権および利用制限
本アプリに関するプログラム、UIデザイン、ドキュメント等の知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブル、または本アプリを用いた他者への詐欺・脅迫行為を行ってはなりません。
6. 規約の変更
運営者は、合理的な理由がある場合、いつでも本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本LPに掲載された時点で効力を生じ、ユーザーがその後もアプリを継続使用した場合は同意したものとみなされます。
7. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本規約に関連して発生する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PixWork mobile/web application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services & AI Corporate Fact Disclaimers
The App is a professional tool providing contact OCR card scanning, AI contact structuring, and Tavily-powered web research (collectively "Deep Research").
- All corporate facts, sector insights, and news summaries generated by the AI (Google Gemini) and Search API (Tavily) are reference metrics based on machine analysis. We do not guarantee the total accuracy, absolute completeness, or instant real-time validity of the reports.
- We assume no liability or responsibility for any commercial transactions, sales decisions, financial partnerships, or business losses resulting from the use of the App or reliance on its generated intelligence. Users are solely responsible for executing secondary due diligence before making final corporate decisions.
2. Pricing Tiers & Subscription Terms
The App offers the following subscriptions billed via standard app store ecosystems (Apple App Store / Google Play). Displayed prices are reference prices; actual billing amounts may vary due to app store currency conversion and localization.
- Free Plan (Trial): Free. No account registration required. Includes spreadsheet sync, QR contact exchange, and business card scanning (3 cards lifetime total). Self-promo ads only (no external ad networks).
- Basic Plan (Individual Sales & Freelancers): $1.99/month (2-month intro offer), then $2.49/month. Annual plan available ($19.99/year → regular $24.99/year). Includes ad-free experience, 200 card scans/month, and 1 Deep Research credit/month.
- Premium Plan (Sales Teams & Growing Companies): $3.49/month (2-month intro offer), then $4.49/month. Annual plan available ($34.99/year → regular $44.99/year). Includes all Basic features, 400 card scans/month, 10 Deep Research credits/month, and BYOK (API Key setup) Mode (BYOK Mode: up to 2,000 scans/month and up to 20 Deep Research credits/month).
【Auto-Renewal & Cancellation】
- Subscriptions **automatically renew** under the same pricing and period terms unless cancelled at least **24 hours prior** to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid tier features until the current pre-paid cycle naturally expires.
3. API Usage Limits
- Your quota of monthly Deep Research scans is refreshed at the start of your billing period.
- Premium users can enable BYOK (API Key setup) Mode to expand their scan and Deep Research quotas.
- Any attempt to abuse, load-test, or perform automated script callouts that saturate our system APIs will result in immediate temporary or permanent account suspension without prior warning.
4. Spreadsheets Synchronization Disclaimer
Our team synchronization uses direct client-to-Google OAuth pipelines. Because we never store, mirror, or inspect your private sheets or contact fields, we are legally exempt from any liability relating to synchronization conflicts, manual alterations, sheet structural deletions, data corruption, or loss of contact lists. Users are strictly advised to manage their own Google account permissions and regular Google Sheets backups.
5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions
All source code, designs, and branding of the App belong to the Operator. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the App's network pipelines for any fraudulent or competitive reverse-engineered practices.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued usage of the App after term updates are posted on our website indicates your absolute binding consent to the new EULA terms.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively by the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
