PixWork Guide

Public guides for setting up PixWork, scanning business cards, saving contacts, connecting Google Sheets, migrating data, and building a practical contact-management workflow. The guides are available to individual users, small teams, and service providers who assist others with PixWork.

New to PixWork?

Start with "Getting started." It walks through scanning one card and saving it, in order.

If you already use the app and want to look one thing up, find it in the guide list below. If you already keep a customer list in a spreadsheet, "Migrating existing data" is the shorter route in.

What PixWork does

These pages describe only what the app really does today. A feature that is not written here either does not exist yet or is not settled yet.

Free-plan allowances, paid-plan prices, and the Batch maximum can change. They are deliberately not written here as fixed numbers — check the store listing and the screens in the app.

How to use these guides

PixApps publishes these guides and anyone may read them. There is nothing to apply for and nothing to register.

The guides and templates may also be used to help other people set PixWork up, as a paid service. "Commercial use" sets out the terms for that.

Every page shows when it was last updated and which PixWork version it documents. Where a detail here disagrees with what is on screen, trust the app.
