同期はシートの全行を取得します。アプリにまだ無い行は端末内へ追加されるので、チームがシートで管理している連絡先を、外出先のスマホから検索して見られます。Status・担当者・次回アクション日はシートの値をそのまま表示します（この3項目はシートが正で、アプリからは編集しません）。同期を実行するメンバーには、そのシートの編集権限が必要です。 A sync reads every row in the sheet, and rows the app does not have yet are added on the device — so the contacts your team keeps in the sheet can be searched from a phone while you are out. Status, Assignee, and Next Action Date are shown exactly as the sheet has them (the sheet is authoritative for those three; the app does not edit them). Each member who runs a sync needs edit access to that sheet.

Google Integration

Google APIの利用目的

PixWorkがGoogle Drive/Sheetsへのアクセスを要求するのは、ユーザーがGoogle Sheets（スプレッドシート）同期機能を有効にした場合のみです。要求するのは最小権限スコープ「drive.file」だけで、アクセスできるのはPixWorkが作成したシートと、ユーザーがGoogle Pickerで明示的に選択したシートに限られます。

ユーザーの許可に基づき、名刺から作成された連絡先情報を、ユーザーが指定または作成したGoogleスプレッドシートへ読み書きする目的でGoogle APIを利用します。

スプレッドシートの行データは、ユーザーのデバイスとGoogleのAPIとの間で直接送受信され、PixAppsのサーバーには保存されません。Sheets連携を有効化した場合のみ、アクセスを自動更新するためのGoogleリフレッシュトークンをAES-GCMで暗号化してサーバーに保管します（連携解除またはアカウント削除で失効・削除されます）。Googleユーザーデータを広告目的で利用することはありません。

How PixWork Uses Google API Data

PixWork requests Google Drive/Sheets access only when a user enables Google Sheets synchronization. It requests only the minimal "drive.file" scope, which is limited to spreadsheets PixWork creates and spreadsheets the user explicitly selects via the Google Picker.

With the user’s permission, PixWork uses Google APIs to read and write contact information to a Google spreadsheet selected or created by the user.

Spreadsheet row data travels directly between the user’s device and Google’s APIs and is not stored on PixApps servers. Only when Sheets sync is enabled, a Google refresh token is stored server-side, encrypted with AES-GCM, solely to silently renew Sheets access (revoked and deleted on disconnect or account deletion). Google user data is not used for advertising purposes.
