1. 本規約の適用
本規約は、PixApps（開発者：Yosuke Suzuki、以下「運営者」）が提供する Simple Games の利用条件を定めるものです。対象は次の2つで、本規約はどちらにも適用されます。
- アプリ版：Android および iOS のアプリ「Simple Games: Offline Games」（以下「本アプリ」）。インストールまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
- ブラウザ版：pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/ で提供する版。ページを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
以下、両版に共通する事項は「本サービス」と記載し、いずれか一方にのみあてはまる事項はその旨を明記します。
2. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、複数のクラシックゲームを1つに収めたゲーム集です。すべての盤面は端末内またはブラウザ内で生成されます。
- ゲーム機能はすべて無料です。ヒント、Undo、デイリーパズル、統計を含め、購入や広告の視聴によって解放される機能はありません。これは両版に共通する原則です。
- サブスクリプションはありません。
- 収録ゲームは、更新にあわせて追加・変更されることがあります。
- アプリ版はインターネット接続もアカウント登録もなしに動作します。ブラウザ版はアカウント登録は不要ですが、初回アクセス時にファイルのダウンロードが必要です。
3. 広告
本サービスは広告により運営されています。広告の内容は広告配信事業者（アプリ版は Google、ブラウザ版は忍者ツールズ株式会社）および広告主が決定するものであり、運営者は個々の広告の内容について保証しません。広告の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。
- アプリ版：端末がオンラインのとき、Google AdMob が配信する小さなバナー広告を表示することがあります。オフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。
- ブラウザ版：忍者AdMax（運営：忍者ツールズ株式会社）が広告を配信します。画面下部に固定されるバー、ゲーム一覧、および一部のリザルト画面に表示され、プレイ中のゲームを止める広告はありません。オフラインのときは広告を表示せず、広告リクエストも行いません。
4. アプリ内購入（アプリ版のみ）
本アプリのアプリ内購入は、バナー広告を永久に削除する任意の1商品のみです。サブスクリプションではなく一度だけの購入で、ゲーム機能を解放するものではありません。ブラウザ版では販売を行っておらず、この条項は適用されません。
- 購入・支払い・返金の処理は、すべて配信ストア（Android 版は Google Play、iOS 版は Apple App Store）が行います。返金は各ストアのポリシーに従い、運営者が個別に対応することはできません。
- 購入状態は端末内にキャッシュされ、再インストールや機種変更のあとはストアの購入復元によって引き継げます。ストアのアカウントが異なる場合は復元できません。
- 広告の非表示は購入時点以降の本アプリに適用されます。本アプリの提供が終了した場合の取り扱いは第8条によります。
5. データの取り扱い
ゲームの進行状況・統計・設定は、お使いの端末内またはブラウザ内にのみ保存されます。クラウド同期はありません。自分で始める Nearby Play では、募集情報を周囲へ公開し、対局と任意の会話を接続した相手と共有して、参加端末ごとに履歴を保存します。Nearby Play は対戦サーバーを使いません。運営者がゲーム関連で運用するサーバーは、参加を選んだ場合に使う任意の Club House のためのものです。アプリ版とブラウザ版のあいだでデータは共有されません。したがって次のような場合にゲームデータが失われても、運営者はこれを復元できません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
- アプリ版：アプリの削除、設定の「ローカルデータを削除」の実行、端末の初期化、機種変更など。
- ブラウザ版：設定の「ローカルデータを削除」の実行、ブラウザのサイトデータ削除、シークレットモードの終了、別のブラウザや端末からのアクセスなど。
6. Club House（任意の機能）
Club House は、参加またはクラブの作成を選んだ場合にだけ使う任意の機能です。扱うデータと、誰に何が見えるかはプライバシーポリシーに記載しています。
- ニックネームとクラブ名には、他者の権利を侵害するもの、差別的・わいせつな表現、個人を特定できる情報を使わないでください。運営者は、運営者が運用する Club House において、こうしたニックネーム・クラブ名・記録を予告なく変更または削除することがあります。
- 自分で作ったクラブでは、メンバーの承認・削除、公開範囲や対象のゲームの設定を、オーナーが自分の判断で行います。運営者はクラブの中のやりとりに関与しません。
- 無料のトライアルは期間の定めなく提供しますが、運営者は、提供の条件（人数・クラブ数など）の変更、新しいクラブの受付の停止、または提供の終了を行うことがあります。可能な場合は事前に告知します。
- オーナーキーを失った場合、アカウントがないため運営者はキーを再発行できません。
- サーバーの障害や提供の終了によって Club House のデータが失われることがあります。運営者はそのデータの保存を保証しません。この場合も、端末内のゲームの進行・統計・設定には影響しません。
6a. Nearby Play（アプリ版の任意の近隣対戦）
Bluetooth または同じ Wi-Fi で近くの相手と遊べます。ホストの承認と双方の準備が必要です。チャットは募集時にホストが有効にした場合だけ使えます。募集名は接続前にも周囲へ表示され、表示名や確認コードは本人確認を保証しません。
- 募集名、表示名、会話に、嫌がらせ・脅迫・差別的な表現・性的な内容・他者の権利を侵害する内容・個人情報を含めないでください。参加前に表示する利用ルールへの同意が必要です。
- アプリ内で内容を選んで通報用メールを準備できます。送信はご自身で行ってください。連絡先は [email protected] です。運営者は受け取った通報を確認し、必要な調査・対応を行います。
- 不快な募集をその探索の間だけ非表示にできます。接続後や対応する履歴から相手のアプリをブロックでき、いつでも退出できます。端末内の表現チェックは限定的です。ブロックは端末内の識別子に基づくため、再インストールや改変による回避、他端末への適用を防ぐことはできません。運営者は相手の端末内の内容を遠隔で削除できません。
- 通信環境、OSの制約、アプリや端末の終了によって接続が途切れることがあります。背景での接続維持やプロセス終了後の復元は保証しません。履歴は各端末に残り、自分の履歴の削除では相手のコピーは消えません。
7. 知的財産権とソースコード
本アプリのソースコードは GitHub で Apache License 2.0 のもとに公開しています。ライセンスの条件に従う限り、利用・改変・再配布ができます。
- 「Simple Games」「PixApps」の名称、ロゴ、アイコン、ストア掲載用ブランド素材は、Apache License 2.0 第6条によりライセンスの対象外です。第三者はソースコードからビルドできますが、そのビルドを公式版として提示することはできません。
- 本アプリを、法令に違反する目的、または他者の権利を侵害する目的で利用してはなりません。
8. 免責事項
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、不具合がないこと、すべての端末で動作することを保証しません。運営者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
運営者は、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の一時停止、または提供の終了を行うことがあります。可能な場合は事前に告知します。
9. 本規約の変更
運営者は、合理的な理由がある場合、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、その後も本アプリを利用した場合は変更に同意したものとみなします。
10. 準拠法および管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本規約または本アプリに関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Simple Games, provided by PixApps (developer: Yosuke Suzuki, "we"). They cover both of the following:
- The app — the Android and iOS app "Simple Games: Offline Games". By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
- The browser version — at pixapps.ai/simple-games/play/. By using that page, you agree to these terms.
Below, anything that holds for both is written as "Simple Games"; anything that applies to only one says so.
2. What Simple Games is
Simple Games is a collection of classic games in one place. Every board is generated on your device or in your browser.
- Every game feature is free, including hints, undo, daily puzzles and statistics. Nothing is unlocked by paying or by watching an ad. This holds for both versions.
- There are no subscriptions.
- The games included may be added to or changed as Simple Games is updated.
- The app runs without an internet connection and without an account. The browser version needs no account either, but has to download its files on a first visit.
3. Advertising
Simple Games is supported by advertising. Ad content is determined by the ad networks (Google for the app, Ninja Tools for the browser version) and their advertisers; we make no warranty about individual ads. See the privacy policy for how advertising is handled.
- The app: while your device is online, it may show a small banner ad served by Google AdMob. When offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.
- The browser version: ads are served by Ninja AdMax (operated by Ninja Tools, 忍者ツールズ株式会社) — a bar anchored to the bottom of the screen, one on the game list, and one on some result screens. No ad interrupts a game in progress. When offline, no ads are shown and no ad requests are made.
4. In-app purchase (the app only)
The app offers a single optional in-app purchase that permanently removes banner ads. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it unlocks no game features. The browser version sells nothing, so this section does not apply to it.
- Payment and refunds are handled entirely by the store — Google Play on Android, the Apple App Store on iOS. Refunds follow that store's policy; we cannot process them ourselves.
- The purchase is cached on your device and can be restored through the store after reinstalling or switching devices. It cannot be restored under a different store account.
- Ad removal applies to the app from the time of purchase onward. If the app is discontinued, section 8 applies.
5. Your data
Game progress, statistics and settings are stored only on your device or in your browser. There is no cloud sync. In Nearby Play, which you start yourself, listing information is made visible nearby, game data and optional chat are shared with the connected player, and each participant’s device keeps its own history. We run no Nearby game server; our server is for the optional Club House, used only if you choose to join. Data is not shared between the app and the browser version. If your data is lost in any of the ways below, we cannot restore it. See the privacy policy for details.
- The app: deleting the app, using "Reset Local Data", resetting your device, or switching devices.
- The browser version: using "Reset Local Data", clearing site data in your browser, ending a private-browsing session, or opening it in a different browser or on a different device.
6. Club House (optional)
Club House is an optional feature used only if you choose to join a club or create one. The data it handles, and who can see what, are described in the privacy policy.
- Do not use nicknames or club names that infringe others’ rights, are discriminatory or obscene, or identify a person. In the Club Houses we operate, we may change or delete such nicknames, club names and records without notice.
- In a club you create, you as the owner decide, at your own discretion, whom to approve or remove and how to set visibility and which games count. We are not involved in what happens inside a club.
- The free trial is offered with no set end date, but we may change its terms (such as the number of members or clubs), stop accepting new clubs, or end it. Where possible, we will announce this in advance.
- If you lose the owner key, we cannot reissue it, because there is no account.
- Club House data may be lost through a server failure or the end of the service. We do not guarantee that it is kept. Even then, game progress, statistics and settings on your device are not affected.
6a. Nearby Play (optional nearby play in the app)
You can play with a nearby person over Bluetooth or the same Wi-Fi. Host approval and both players being ready are required. Chat is available only if the host enabled it when creating the gathering. Gathering names are visible nearby before connection; names and comparison codes do not guarantee anyone’s identity.
- Do not put harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, content infringing others’ rights, or personal information in gathering names, display names or chat. You must accept the usage rules shown before participating.
- You can select content in the app to prepare a report email. You send it yourself. Contact [email protected]. We review reports we receive and investigate and respond as needed.
- You can hide an unwanted listing for the current search. After connecting or from supported history records, you can block the other app, and you can leave at any time. On-device content checks are limited. Blocking uses an identifier stored on your device; it cannot prevent bypass through reinstallation or modification or apply to other devices. We cannot remotely delete content on another participant’s device.
- Connections may be interrupted by network conditions, OS restrictions, or an app or device closing. Background connectivity and recovery after process termination are not guaranteed. Each device keeps its own history; deleting yours does not delete the other player’s copy.
7. Intellectual property and source code
The app's source code is published on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify and redistribute it under that license.
- The "Simple Games" and "PixApps" names, logos, icons and store brand assets are not covered by that license (Apache-2.0 §6). Anyone may build the app from source, but such a build may not be presented as the official release.
- You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or functional on every device. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
We may change the app, suspend it, or discontinue it. Where possible, we will give notice beforehand.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms where there is reasonable cause. A revision takes effect when it is posted on this page, and continued use of the app after that constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
